My Pad Properties NW was set up by a husband and wife team in 2012. With Paul owning his own construction business and Debbie having a background in design they were able to buy, invest and renovate properties to a high standard and manage all the refurbishment themselves.
They have built up a portfolio of properties in the local Stockport area where they live and specialise in letting out their properties to both private and local housing authority tenants. By investing, letting, managing and maintaining their houses Paul and Debbie offer a friendly personal service to their tenants cutting out the need for formal letting agents.
